The accommodation compromises of: 3 bedrooms plus cot space, fitted kitchen (including washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher) bath/shower/WC a comfortable open plan living/dinning area with fire place that leads to a spacious balcony with seating area to eat al Fresco and room for children to play. The balcony has stunning views of the surrounding mountains the apartment also benefits from a private patio for firing up a barbecue or for sunbathing.

A pleasant 10 minutes stroll from the apartment will take you to the Plaza de la Constitucion, where you will find a nice choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and the lovely San Bartolome Church -behind the church is the station where you will be able to take the 10 minutes lovely journey by the local San Francisco style tram to the Port De Soller where you will enjoy the beautiful beach, the marina, restaurants, cafes and shops.

 Good morning Brenda - It is now over a month since we came back from a most successful holiday in Casa Pep in Soller. Directions to get there were perfect, Richard was there on the spot and the apartment is ideal for a family with smaller children. A cot, high chair, lots of children's books and other toys, children's furniture on the terrace - perfect. The content of the fridge was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.
