This casita is a favourite with many of our regulars, really typifying the "other" Mallorca particularly as the air-conditioning/warm air heating unit makes it ideal year around. The casita has a parking area – please note to hire a small car as the road to the property and around area have very narrow roads.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the historic town of Soller this charming little casita provides a great base for walkers though the modest, bright gardens also set the mood for a quiet, relaxing summer retreat. The square is merely 10 minutes stroll making an ideal choice should one wish to do without a car.

The casita has a pool (4m x 3m) above ground all one depth, entered by ladders  as part of the little secure terraced garden perfect for couples or families with toddles and small children.

The terrace has some shade by oranges and lemon trees the fruit of which guests are welcome to pick if in season. Entering from the outside terrace leads straight into the living room/gallery kitchen area, twin bedroom, a newly fitted double bedroom and spacious shower room.
